We also collect technical information such as device, browser, log, authentication, and security data. If paid subscriptions are enabled, payment details are handled by payment providers and we receive subscription status needed to manage your account.

How We Use Information

We use your information to create and secure your account, personalize meal plans, build grocery lists, send recipes and service messages, process feedback, provide customer support, improve Text Della, debug reliability issues, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Text Messages and Email

Text Della is a text-first service. If you opt in to SMS, we use your phone number to send automated meal-plan, grocery-list, recipe, account, and service messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. If you opt out, core text-based features may stop working until you opt back in.

We may email you account, authentication, support, billing, and important service notices. Authentication and transactional messages are part of operating your account.

How We Share Information

We share information with service providers that help operate Text Della, including hosting, database, authentication, email, SMS, payment, security, logging, and customer-support providers. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets. We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your Choices

You can update account details and preferences in Text Della, unsubscribe from SMS with STOP, and request account deletion or other privacy help through the support channel available to you. We may need to retain limited records for security, compliance, billing, dispute resolution, consent, and audit purposes.

Retention and Security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, and meet legal obligations. We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, but no system is perfectly secure.

Children and Location

Text Della is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The service is intended for use in the United States.
